Pioneer Quilters’ Guild was established in 1989 to provide information on the history of quilt making and to contribute to the growth and knowledge of quilting techniques and patterns.
The Guild is comprised of dedicated members who volunteer hundreds of hours a year making quilts, baby quilts, and pillow cases for local organizations; Christmas Stockings for at risk youth; and placemats for Meals on Wheels.
We have a lot of fun activities to encourage socialization and improve our quilting skills. There's a summary on this page and a lot more information under "Activities."

Guild Meetings are generally held the first Monday of the month at the Shepherd of the Sierra Presbyterian Church on Barton Road in Loomis. We have Hospitality (snacks) at 9:00 a.m. with the general meeting starting at 9:30 a.m.
Because of holidays we do not meet in July or September. In August there two meetings – the regular first Monday and another on the last Monday (in lieu of the Labor Day holiday in September).
