The Pioneer Quilters Guild proudly hosts a premier Quilt Show each year that features a fantastic display of gorgeous quilts of various techniques, sizes, and designs made by our talented members, as well as a designated area that offers quilts for sale to the public. We have a wonderful and unique boutique that sells quality handmade crafts of all sorts. Shop early as we are very well known in the community! Our exciting raffle baskets generate a lot of interest. There are door prizes given throughout the day, vendor booths to offer all that is new to quilting and more, and a catered café offering an array of delicious fare for everyone.
Complete an online Entry Form for each item to be entered to the Show. Entrant must be a member of the Pioneer Quilters Guild at the time of the show. Each member may enter up to 6 quilts, however, please indicate your preference order in case the volume of quilts entered exceeds the space available.
We require a color photograph or photocopy of the item. It should be emailed to ShowQuilts@pioneerquiltersguild.org. Photos need to be identified with the quilt name and/or maker, as appropriate. It may be a photo of the quilt "in progress."

IMPORTANT FEATURE THIS YEAR:
The Quilt Show Committee acknowledged that quilts are generally evaluated on their technical excellence and not much credit is given for creativity. With that in mind, we are offering a separate award for a quilt that has an Original Design. Such quilts will be identified by a special tag, which will be in addition to the category in which it was entered.
Our deadline for Vendor Applications is: September 1, 2024
.If you’ve missed our deadline and are interested in being on our waiting list or for information for our next year’s show, please contact: vendors@pioneerquiltersguild.org
The boutique at our quilt show is very popular because of the high-quality, handmade items we have for sale. We have everything from jam to jewelry, seasonal decorations, baby items, decorative and useful items for the household, scarves, aprons and gift items. Our sellers are guild members (or non-members sponsored by a guild member). Items are sold on consignment; a member who works at our quilt show receives 90% of the sales price of their items; a non-member or non-volunteer receives 80%. We do not accept items that compete with our vendors such as packets of fat quarters or unwanted quilting tools or rulers.

Our quilt show is one of the few places where you can purchase handmade, high-quality quilts, made by members of our guild. We only sell completely finished quilts; no quilt tops. They come in all sizes, colors, and appearance. Quilts measuring 36” x 36” or less, table runners, and quilts made from a pre-printed panel are generally sold in the Boutique. Quilts are sold on consignment; a member who works at our quilt show receives 90% of the sales price of their quilt; a non-volunteer receives 80%.

We offer a wide variety of wonderful raffle baskets on a variety of themes - both quilting related and not - that appeal to our diverse audience. One is a cornucopia of chocolate! Our members work on them all year long and are proud to offer the best.
We typically have 9-11 vendors around the outside of our quilt show floor offering a wide variety of goods and services related to the quilting industry. Fabrics, notions, patterns, tools, machines - and sometimes even chocolate!
We offer a nice café area with an excellent selection of salads, sandwiches, and other specialty items. Plan a break for lunch, snacks, or beverages.
These files are what you need for the Boutique and Quilt Sales, plus the paper labels for your quilts. "Fillable" forms may also be printed as blanks and filled in by hand.
