Our guild is governed by a set of Bylaws and Policies & Procedures (you can download below). 

 All of our activities are carried out by volunteers.  We have Job Descriptions for most of our positions (download below). 

Forms for use by members can be downloaded below. 

 We publish a newsletter 11 months a year and accept paid advertising.  Our newsletter is sent to members by email. 

 We are always looking for stories and pictures from the past from our  guild members to add to our history. If you have something you would  like to share, please contact our Historian.
